Tasks and responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting patients at the front desk
• Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
• Answering emails and phone calls
• Administrative support (e.g. records management, requesting authorisations)
• Supporting the practice manager with planning and organisation
• Efficiently managing the practitioners’ schedules

Who are we looking for?

• At least an MBO (vocational) working and thinking level
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Resilient under pressure and able to multitask well
• Able to work in a structured way, independently and as part of a team
• Eager to learn, proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Socially skilled, a strong communicator and welcoming in manner
• Available at least 3 days per week, for the longer term
• A good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written (required)
• A command of Turkish is a plus
• Experience in a dental practice is a plus, but not required
