Tasks and responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients at the front desk
- Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Administrative support (e.g. records management, requesting authorisations)
- Supporting the practice manager with planning and organisation
- Efficiently managing the practitioners’ schedules
Who are we looking for?
- At least an MBO (vocational) working and thinking level
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Resilient under pressure and able to multitask well
- Able to work in a structured way, independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn, proactive and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Socially skilled, a strong communicator and welcoming in manner
- Available at least 4 days per week, for the longer term
- A good command of Dutch, spoken and written (required)
- A command of English is a plus
- Experience in a dental practice is a plus, but not required
